We loved this place. We were looking for a good steamer pot of seafood. We found it. The menu was excellent. We were completely satisfied with our hot pot that included crab, Lobster, mussels, shrimp, crab cakes, vegetables , and all the sauces, lemon and butter you could desire. It was a little bit less expensive than the rest of the restaurants at Murrells Inlet because it is not part of the central hub of restaurants at what they call the marsh walk. Absolutely worth it. Staff were friendly and they have a nice view of the marsh from inside the restaurant. We would go back if we had more time.
Our first time here. Went with friends who had been there before. Food was delicious. Little pricey, but worth every cent. Will definitely go again.
Scenic location with an interesting history. Our visit was in December. The menu and dishes were good, but the grill seemed slightly overdue for refreshing, though par for the US these days. Our appetizer was calamari, again though a good recipe and plate, I could taste a hint of ammonia, a sign seafood is over ripe. Fixing these items would probably go unnoticed for most, it would definitely freshen up the food some
The BEST shrimp and grits, relaxing, friendly atmosphere, all fish dinners are fresh and cooked perfectly. The wait staff is upbeat and sociable. Great view of the inlet. Enjoy a game of cornhole before or after your meal.
Meal and service were good. Small plate 4-6pm fisherman's plate ample and tasty. Dining room a bit noisy for conversation.
