He offered to change the cheap Chinese screen with a premium LCD screen and then this is what I'm left with... now wouldn't this piss you off when there was nothing wrong with your screen when you took the phone in there in the first place? I'm sure it would... please if you ever choose this place, record everything he's doing from the moment you walk in. This place needs a video camera that Bill doesn't have access to so his boss can see what kind of business he's conducting for him and how he treats his customers...the premium LCD screen he put on there after denying many times he didn't change out my original screen has the led lights shining thru the screen, don’t know how to post a picture of it unfortunately... but he was willing to replace the Chinese screen he put on there in the first place with a premium LCD at no charge that screams guilty to me no matter how many times he denied it not happening in the first place. The business may not be shady but Bill is definitely a liar and a crook... I hope his boss can track all the parts that go in and out of that store and he can confirm that he’s missing 2 iPhone screens a Chinese manufactured one and a premium LCD screen
I would never recommend this place to anyone, Apple or android owners, this Bill guy is a crook and a liar and won't admit to his actions and wrongdoings... took my iPhone 7 in with a microphone issue and he insisted I leave to do shopping and when I said my shopping is done and I want to stay he asked if I don't have errands to run either clearly he didn't want me sitting there watching what he's doing to my phone... picked up the phone an hour later and my original Apple manufactured glass screen had been changed with a cheap Chinese off market screen and I knew this by the colors of the screen and resolution they were washed out and my screen protector I had put on there for an iPhone 7( it had the opening for the front camera) was changed with an iPhone 6 screen protector (didn’t have the opening for a front camera, it covered it) but he wouldn't admit to it. I told him I'm aware the Apple screen was changed because I had it confirmed by Apple certified tech(video available of the diagnostic) and he kept on lying he didn't change it and he didn't do anything to the screen... my phone is barely 1year old and had NEVER BEEN WORKED ON until I brought it to this place with a microphone issue. The insisted lying and bullshitting and treating me like I'm stupid is what put me over the edge and I hope BBB takes good care of them or this guy gets fired.
If your iOS device requires any kind of board service these guys are the best. Being doing business with them for 3 years, not one complaint. Send your device hear with confidence.
I was not name calling anyone the only person that was doing the name calling was you under the fake account... I didn’t write the review for Bill the father of 2 boys cause I never met that person I did however write the review for Bill the tech that worked on my phone and changed my screen out without telling me. Yes I blew air with the compressor on the charging port/microphone part of the phone but when you opened the phone in front of me and told me that the issue was that the microphone was broken you didn’t mention any other issues with the phone neither did you do that when I went back to pick up the phone. If you are conducting such an honest business why wouldn’t you tell me if there was something else wrong with my phone or my screen before you went to change it out? I told you right then and there that the colors and clarity are different on my phone but you kept bullshitting me that’s because the lcd screen was disconnected from the battery.
Had shattered screen and live in Pawleys Island and everyone told I needed to go to Coastal Grande Mall to get repaired. Googled it and found Isurgeon and Tommy. Great reviews and responses to all of them! Took it in and one hour later, new screen and phone working great! $50 less than when I had to have a screen replaced 2 years ago. You did put a new premium LCD screen on there and yes I did say it was good( I have it all on video btw) but I also called you once I left to let you know the LED lights were back on the screen and you said you were gonna make a note of that, wonder if you really did...All I wanted you to do was tell me what you had done with my original screen, this could have gone a lot different had you been honest with me. But if you choose to lie BBB has been notified.
Bill was so helpful. Phone was not able to be fixed and he didn’t charge us. Honest people are rare today. Thanks bill.
