Nice and quiet atmosphere. Coffee shop in the back with some table. No plugs, so don't plan on doing much work on your computer. That is the main reason I don't spend more time here. I work wherever I can get an internet connection and I tend to spend money at those locations, whether on coffee or books. They need to fix that.
Great books. Took my 2 daughters and they got a first hand look at what bad customer service looks like. The cashier was not only pushy about the membership club, she took it personally after I repeatedly, respectfully declined. After practically tossing my bags at me it was obvious she was disgusted with me. I spent $130 and didn't even get a 'thanks'. So thanks, disgruntled counter girl, it was a decisive moment as a parent to give me the opportunity to tell my girls how NOT to treat people.
Very well organized one of the best I have been to in a while, the only fault would be that the staff was too busy stocking and organizing but the store would not have the organization it has so it was not a problem at all, again very well organized store would shop there again.
Malls dying but it's still a top notch book store.
