We purchased a Ultimate car wash at Palmetto auto care and was very disappointed. This is an automatic touchless wash with a moving arm that sprays your car as you wait in your car and wait. I have purchased this same wash before at other locations and found that it worked well. For a price of $10 it is supposed to do a thorough wash followed by a rinse, clear coat protector, wax, drying, etc. However, the system was in disrepair and obviously not maintained. At least one of the steps was totally skipped and several of the jets on the washing arm did not work. As a result, my car did not get clean. There is no way to get in touch with anyone from the company as their phone number automatically answers in fax mode. I recommend
