Why offer Western Union if you can only do it sometimes? Not the first time I have gone in, only to be turned away because "we don't have anyone who can do the western union." Well I'm sure you have a manager and they SHOULD know how to handle that. I would suggest offering it all the time or western union wouldn't mind knowing about it. Either way, maybe Publix across the street can handle that along with all my other shopping needs.
Lowes has to be my hands down favorite grocery store! They always have fun little events and happens besides just shopping for essentials. Live music, cooking classes and a bar which you can get take home beers and SHOPPING BEER! Yes, you can shop with a full pint of premium beer that they have on tap. Overall I highly recommend Lowes for a true culinary experience.
This is pretty much the only grocery store that we shop at. The people that work there as well as shop there, are the best. We frequent the beer garden and we have invited friends to meet us there. The deli, hot foods and pre prepared food are the best. It's the only place I willingly go shopping with my wife.
Great wine department in terms of price and selection. Their steaks are the best in the area. My 2 biggest complaint are the produce department and the gas rewards. Whatever fresh produce they have seems to get picked clean during the day and not restocked throughout the day. If you get there late it is really depleted.They are also slow to restock popular items such as Diet cranberry juice, Diet Dr.Browns cream soda, and certain brands of whole been coffee. Whats with the Dr. Browns diet cream soda? It never gets restocked, but if you ask management they know exactly where in the "back" to find it. Is someone hoarding it? I also have a major complaint with gas rewards. You earn rewards up to 25 gallons. However, if you fill your car up and use 15 gallons you will lose the remaining 10 gallon reward. It does not carry over to the next purchase.
Very friendly staff! Liz (deli) went above & beyond & was so kind. Offered my daughter a chicken tender while she waited & even sent crayons & a coloring page home for her and her sister. Some prices might be a little more but the customer service makes it well worth it.
