I asked her to trim my hair with long layers. She did the opposite cutt my hair (that I've been trying to grow) and put very short layers. I hate it! Its Christmas eve and I look horrible. If you are looking for someone to not listen and chop your hair off she's the girl for you. Not to mention how rude her comments were .. Exact words never go to beauty school. Wow very upset my Christmas 2017 is ruined.

Mishell was so great! Had my hair butchered at Sports Clips the day before and Mishell did an awesome job fixing it with a smile!
