Jim personally answered the phone at 7:30 on a Friday evening. Made an appointment with me which he was right on time for. Assessed the job I asked him to do and he gave me a very fair price and did the work same day.
This is an excellent company! James flushed and inspected about 15 water Heaters in our condo development all in one day. They were very professional and fast but also thorough. Jim the owner himself came as scheduled, checked out our situation and saved us a lot of money on a repair that could have been made earlier. He fully understood where we were coming from with our concerns on an existing problem and made the repairs needed. He was truthful and upfront about our situation and concerns and without a doubt left us with a good feeling and more knowledge about what we should be looking at in the future. Rule of thumb just proven, go with your gut and the little guys that want to make it right and not the big guys that go with the worse case scenario and charge the big bucks.
