Really clean and nicely landscaped.Beautiful lake w fountain, swans, fishing, picnic, pet friendly. A L O T of golf carts, traffic. Community management does am excellent job with everything! Atlantic Avenue which is road at entrances backs up all the time. Entrance at Surf Shop is dangerous due to limited/
