I ran over a piece of metal in the road that resulted in a completely flat tire on Thanksgiving Day. I went to Brian's as soon as they opened the next morning and was greeted promptly and offered several options almost immediately. I got the feeling that they are a "no job too big or too small" kind of business and I love that! My rim was switched out to my spare tire, which is a real tire just like the others, and we will replace my spare as soon as possible. Brian and his staff were so nice and made everything they planned to do very clear (to someone who obviously knew less than nothing about vehicle maintenance). Great prices, great customer service, highly recommend!
I brought in my car for what I thought was a slow leak in the left rear tire. The guys to it in to check on it and found out that it was actually a small crack in the wheel that was causing the air leak.
I never feel I'm getting ripped off there. The guys are always courteous, professional, and accomodating.
They did not charge me anything for their time and service. They were very polite and professional.
I will definitely be back when I have any tires that need replacement.
Stopped in to have 2 tires switched from rim to rim.. needed 1of those balanced as well.Staff promptly did what I asked to be done but I feel like $60 dollars is a bit excessive to mount 2 tires and balance one.Most tire shops charge between$10 to $15 dollar's per tire for mount and balance.I should have asked for a price before allowing the work to be done.If the price had been as good as the service I'd use them again but I can't afford to pay double normal rates.no matter how good the service is.
Total rip off. Took car in to replace 2 bad tires (one with a slow leak from a key). 3 weeks later after tire pressure indicator in car came on due to the slow leak from "yes" the same key in "yes" the bad tire we realized he replaced the good tires instead. Brian denied even talking to my husband (which is the only person he talked to about the tires) and claimed he didn't recall anything about a key.
Response is false. Brian specifically told us he no longer had the tires he took off because we asked for them back. He was very rude and would not even listen to our explanation before he jumped into defense mode. He only wanted to sell us 2 more new ones.
They took me back to the garage area and showed me the wheel and where the leak was, as well as marked the area so that it could be repaired.
