They finished the work on-time and under budget. The checkout inspection determined I also had a few blown fuses in my truck (an issue unrelated to my service work) and the team stayed with the project until it was finished. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this business. Thank you!
I use this locally and family owned business anytime something happens to mine or my wife's car. We first met them when we returned a uhaul truck and the owner was very nice to us. He is very great on the prices and his son Tanner is very hardworking too, they always are there for us when we need help. Such a great family and business. THUMBS UP!!!
I wish more business practiced the professionalism, courtesy and top-tiered service as this family owned business. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and an eagerness to understand my service needs. My boat trailer needed some new lights and some wiring cleanup.
Man answers, "This is Wayne", "Hello", sounding very unhappy to answer the phone. I asked how much it would cost for a tire repair. His reply was a very quick, angry sounding, "eighteen dollars". I repeated that and he says, "yeah, but it depends on when you need it done". I ask, "why does it depend on when I need it done?" Him, "because we're already closed for the day." I say, "well, online it says you are open until 5pm today, but thank you very much." I then hung up! I was so put off over his rudeness and negative attitude that I will never spend my money at Rott's tire. They can just Rot!
