The knowledgeable and friendly staff work with you to get the most you can possible get out of a 30 minute workout! I'm stronger, thinner and more fit than I have ever been. OH! And I LOVE HITTING the bags! Who knew!

Any physical level can do this, they will help you modify exercises so that you can complete the workout until you build your strength. Never boring always a challenge.
I never have kickboxed or boxed before; after one workout my husband and I are addicted.

9round in Murrells Inlet has been the best part of my day for almost a year. The workouts are always different & continue to challenge me everyday. The trainers are great---they are encouraging & informative & treat all the members on a personal level. My daughter & I love to come here to workout. We actually have fun & have seen impressive results in our stamina, strength, & weight loss.
Awesome Workout!!!!! It's fast, hard and changes everyday! I have been looking for something that I can get in and out and have results! No class time works with my schedule so I can get there. It's so good I talked my husband into trying it and he loved it! The staff are fantastic, friendly, and know you by name. They work and modify your workout to address any injuries you might have! If you haven't tried it you should!!!!!!!
