Nice facility, horrible staff. Customer service is atrocious. They do not fill people in on cancellation procedures. I called to cancel 2 months in advance and was told I had an annual agreement and had to wait until it was over. So I did, because that's what I agreed to. I had moved and couldn't go anymore and when my agreement ended they charged me again. I then called to dispute it and they stated I needed to fill out a 30 day cancellation form and pay the next month that fees. After that they tried charging my account for a 14th month, so if you like good customer service and are looking for a company that cares about it customers then don't try here. They are in the business of just billing you until your dry.
This gym is seriously amazing. I wouldn't recommend any other place. The staff is so friendly and caring. The equipment is always clean. The layout of the gym is perfect. All the classes they offer are always fun and motivating. I like to think of it as my perfect little getaway.
Definitely not the "Best on the beach"! Healthpoint in Pawleys Island/Litchfield is the "Very Best"... Pools, saunas and hot tubs, indoor basketball courts and running track.

They honor the Silversneakers card so that's a good thing. Plenty of exercise equipment and exercise classes.
Great staff, well equipped gym. Classes are fun and the locker rooms are clean and stocked.
