Great place and definitely a must.

Really beautiful place. We spent all day there, and later went to the night of 1000 candles and I still don't think we've really seen everything. It's huge and the sculptures beautiful. Plan to visit again soon. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

Does not offer a lot of shaded areas and in mid summer....the extreme southern heat can be hard....get lots of water!

Best place in Georgetown County hands down. A must see if you're in the area. The gardens are beautiful, the staff kind, and everything is breathtaking. You'd be hard pressed to see and do everything in just one visit. It's nice that tickets get you in for a week.

Wonderful day activity for entire family.

Adorable gift shop with prices much more fair than I would have expected.

What a Wonderful place! Attended The Night if a Thousand Candles. Beautiful garden and the lights, wow!! Lots of places to sit and rest. Recommend it to everyone!! Everyone there was so nice and they were all so organized and helpful.

Walking tour on your own, bus tour, river boat tour....saw lots of alligators.

This place is phenomenal. Despite the history being so dark it's monumental to our history and important that there are still places like this left in the South. I highly suggest taking the boat ride through the Creeks. The sculptures and fountains are beautiful. We walked for miles all over this place. Absolutely stunning. And a great value for the ticket price. You get a full week to come and go from the gardens as you please. We saw 5 alligators, all kinds of birds, lots of turtles. The Live Oaks are amazing and they take great care of the Live Oak family on this property. It is clear that those who work here have a great sense of Pride and acknowledge the beauty of the place where they get to work. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of stops, restrooms and there is a shuttle that will take you around if you don't feel like walking. If you do feel like walking this is a great place to do so. You can even ride bikes here. Also right across the street is the rest of Huntington State Park where you can view more wildlife and access a beautiful beach.

A lot of rich history, beautiful landscaping, statues, fountains.
