Came for lunch on vacation. Restaurant wasn't busy and now I know why. Smoking is allowed, which makes the whole place smell bad. My first water had black stuff floating in it. Possibly pepper? Innocent enough right? They brought me a second water.. it had brown stuff floating in it. The hostess saw me looking at it (we were seated right by the hostess station) and got me a 3rd water. Then came the food. My ceasar salad was soggy and rotten tasting. It was like they tossed the salad in dressing and then left it out for a few hours before serving it. They brought me a new salad. It looked better. I tried two small bites.. it also tasted rotten. Upon further inspection I found many pieces on the bottom were a slimy wilted brown/green. We had waited for our bill long enough so my husband was in the process of paying at the table kiosk when the waiter came to check on us and I told him about the salad. He got the manager who said she couldn't issue a refund because we already paid at the table. She said she had them throw out the rest of the lettuce and offered us a dessert, which we declined. That night I started to feel sick. Bloated and nauseous. The next morning I woke up to stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. Don't eat here!!
The main good thing about this restaurant was that there was no wait upon arriving, but it was obvious why once we were there. The seemed very unorganized upon seating us. They were also out of a lot of different food items. The food was good, but the wait time was longer than what it should hve been.
One can hardly go wrong at such a well established place such as this one. Never a let down. They are always working hard for you. I like that ☺
Great experience. Good service, great value and food quality. I have to recommend the mango iced tea ! Wait staff was excellent. Can't say enough about this location. Very pleased.
Better than last time I was here. Good steak!
