Friendly staff, nice pool and balconies, rooms could've been cleaner and housekeeping didn't need to come wake us up at 9am every morning. Pet friendly, but people staying there with pets need to learn respect for others. My 15 yr old son couldn't go to sleep many nights (late, like 1am) due to fact that folks next door leaving their dogs in the room, barking their heads off. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we'll go back!
Nice Clean No Frills Hotel. Only two complaints I have is the fact we had no shower size towels upon arrival and their pet policy is rather vague. I called them specifically with only the intent of asking what their pet policy was and was told $50 each and no aggressive breeds. When I got there, 6 & 1/2 hours from my house, I was told one pet per room and I have more than 1 with me. I will give the lady credit because she simply just had me pay for the extra pet and nothing more was said. So no big deal in my case but, what if I would have had more than 2? Overall this was a nice clean room with an ocean view and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family or friends.
We used to have family stay at Garden City Inn every summer. We would go see them and swim in the pool. I stopped in Yesterday for the convenient store. It had been remodeled and was very clean & well stocked. Garden City Inn is a wonderful place to stay for families.
Friendly staff, amazing location. Rooms are a bit older but can't beat the location. Pool is clean and well maintained. Staff was accommodating to special requests. Pet friendly a plus
Beautiful setting and clean rooms. Pool was clean and well maintained. Beach access was wonderful and the staff were very nice. My wife and I will be back in the fall for another getaway. This picture was taken from pool side after a brief storm.
